Send us the notice. We settle it. You repay on terms you agreed to.
This is the process we are building, in full. Nothing here is live yet, and the detail will move as we work through the pilot.
-
Before you start
Check the deadline on your notice
Most council penalty charge notices carry a 14 day window where paying early halves the amount. The single most valuable thing we can do is get to the council inside that window, so the sooner you send it, the more we save you.
-
Step one
Send us the notice
Photograph the PCN or forward the email version. We read the reference number, the issuing authority, the amount due, and the deadline directly from the notice, so there is nothing to type in by hand.
-
Step two
We check it against the issuing authority
We confirm the penalty is live, unpaid, and still inside a window worth paying into. If the fine has already escalated past the point where we can help, we will tell you that plainly rather than take your money.
-
Step three
You see the whole plan before you agree to anything
The amount we pay the council, our fee, the total you repay, the instalment amount, and every payment date. All of it on one screen, before you commit. If the numbers do not work for you, you walk away and nothing happens.
-
Step four
We pay the council in full
Same day wherever the authority's payment channel allows it. You get the confirmation reference, so you can verify against your own council account that the penalty is closed.
-
Step five
You repay in fixed instalments
Equal amounts on dates you picked, collected automatically. The total never moves. There is no rolling interest, no daily accrual, and no penalty that grows while you are paying it down.
-
If things change
Tell us early and we work it out
A missed payment is a conversation, not an escalation. Our whole reason for existing is that the current system punishes people for being short in a given week. Rebuilding that would defeat the point.
Being straight with you
What we will not do.
A short list matters more than a long one. These are commitments we are designing the product around, not marketing lines.
We will not pay a fine you are challenging
If you think the penalty is wrong, appeal it. An appeal can cancel the fine entirely, and we are not going to talk you out of a free outcome.
We will not let the total move once agreed
The figure you agree to is the figure you repay. No interest accruing in the background, no fee that appears at month three.
We will not sell your data
Not to insurers, not to brokers, not to anyone. The business model is the fee on the plan, and that is the whole of it.
We will not sign people up who should not be
If repaying us would leave you worse off than the alternatives available to you, we would rather point you at the alternatives.
What you will need to hand.
1
The penalty charge notice itself, as a photo or a forwarded email. The reference number is the part that matters.
2
A UK bank account that can set up a Direct Debit, in the name of the person taking out the plan.
3
Roughly ten minutes, and the deadline date from the notice so we can tell you what is still achievable.
There is nothing to prepare today. This page describes the service we are building, and the pilot has not opened.

Tell us your situation and we will build around it. It takes about thirty seconds.
